Should a problem arise, goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt with their original packaging. If the goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly we will issue a full refund including return postage costs once we have received the goods. If the goods are returned because they are no longer required we will not refund the return postage costs. All refunds will be made by the means by which the goods were paid for therefore all credit and debit card payments will be refunded via our payment provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. & Cie, S.C.A.
Goods should be posted back via 2nd class post if possible and the sender should obtain a proof of posting from the Post Office.
